Kakai Bautista recall those hardships she experienced before being blessed with a new home

 

After evictions from rented homes, actress-singer Kakai Bautista flaunted her newly built house.

 

 

Kakai Bautista recently took to social media to express her joy over her latest milestone in her life.

Bautista went to Laguna to visit her newly-built house she called the “JB House.”

 

 

As Kakai mentioned it was the product of her work under Jollibee.

According to Kakai, “Ang bahay na ito ay katas ng @jollibee JOLLISERYE with ate Uge, endorsement ko. Kaya JB HOUSE ang tawag ko dito.”

 

 

The comedienne wrote on Instagram, how happy and proud she is that she was finally able to achieve her dream of owning a house after 20 years.

 

 

Kakai shared they weren’t able to move in yet due to the C0’VID-19 pandemic but she’s positive that everything happens for a reason.

 

 

“At naniniwala ako na makakalipat din ang pamilya ko dito. Si Lord ang bahala dahil siya ang gagawa ng paraan para matupad ‘yun. Dahil napakarami na niyang tinupad sa mga pangarap ko,” she added.

 

 

Kakai said she has yet to fully pay the house but is optimistic that she can finish it because she is determined.

 

 

“Di pa ito tapos dahil nagloan ako sa bank. Sugod lang, para sa pangarap kasi alam kong pagtatrabahuhan ko ito at pagsisikapan,” she said.

 

 

Aside from this, Kakai also shared that this is the first time they get to have a place to call their own, “Ngayon lang kami nagkaroon ng sariling bahay.”

 

 

She then recalled the days when her fam was evicted from their rented homes.

 

 

There was even a point when she thought her family would have to live in the streets but God didn’t forsake them.

Yam Concepcion is still loyal to her home network even after the denial of the renewal of the franchise of the network. She still decided not to go un any rival network of ABS CBN. During the final presscon of “Love Thy Woman” Yam revealed that she received offers from other networks like guest appearances in television shows of rival networks but she declined to take them. “May mga parang offers na guesting from other networks, pero hindi ko siya kinuha kasi I’m still under the Kapamilya Channel.
